Key Notes

  • Virtually anyone can attain executive flag officer status since humans of the 33rd century are immortal. They have all the time in the world to ascend the ranks! The average officer serves a 100-year career cycle before finding other pursuits for a time. Often, they eventually return at distant points in the future to start anew.
  • There are no enlisted personnel. Everyone attends Galaxy Fleet Academy and becomes a commissioned officer.
  • The title of Vice-President is the current equivalent of the US Government title of Secretary. A Vice-President is in charge of a particular department of government.
  • Iridescenite is a crystal rarer and stronger than diamonds that appears to be all the colors of the rainbow and glistens in the light and glows in the dark. It’s found on very few planets and nowhere in our Solar System.
